  • Thanks Clearvision, give some a try! Aging helps the plasticity of the clay to make it more workable. To age it you leave it so the bateria in the clay can get to work and lower the Ph, you could also add some epson salts (magnesium sulphate) to the clay to age quicker but be careful not too much.

    You can also add other clays and materials to make the clay fire higher, color, or even texture to the mix.

    I have fired some glaze with this clay and made a couple of mugs with the clay and glaze!
