Allaah is the Arabic word for God, just like Dios/Deus is the Spanish/Portuguese word for God. Islam is a Monotheistic religion and Muslims worship the one Abrahamic God. We are not worshiping the Kaaba (the black stone) we are worshiping God alone. Mecca is the center of the world and the Kaaba is in the direction that unites all Muslims around the world to pray in. I think you got your information wrong, because Hubal, Allat, Uzza and other idols were statues situated around the Ka'ba (The Black House). The black stone itself was not a worshiped thing!

Muslims may kiss or touch this stone because Muhammad (pbuh) himself is the one who placed this stone with his hands in the Black House corner, moreover we believe that this stone is from heaven. It's preferred to touch or kiss that stone but it's not a must nor a sin!

The black stone never was called Allah.

the kaaba at old pagan times was not only a place of worship. It was actually surrounded by a market which was circular in shape. So maybe that's why they circled around it. The black stone was never worshipped and will never be worshipped.

Some ppl even assume we worship the Kaaba itself, but in reality its just a direction to all muslims so they can be united in their prayers.
