OMG I swear, I was watching some videos of Miriam just the other night and I swear I said that Kerry Washington looks just like a young Miriam Makeba. They should definitely make a movie. It would be soooooo Awesome ; )

with all due respect, I absolutely love Kerry Washington but I hope with all my heart that the story of Miriam Makeba be played by a South African. I know for a fact that that was Miriam Makeba's wish. may her wish be so. there's no way that Kerry could sing qonqotwane, umqokozo or baxabene oxamu like a south african could, and there is enough talent in that country to carry out the job.
