The band is recovering from hurricane Katrina in which we lost everything. I am so proud to see Mr. Hamp doctrine live on in the lives of these young men. St Aug will survive because of the alumni that love Mr Hamp so much that they continue to support the school financially. St Aug dominated from 1952 - 2005, show me another college or High School that can match our record. We desegregated Mardi Gras and was the first band to play for the New Orleans Saints at half time. Thank you Mr. Hamp
