I started doing sit ups(crunches) and pushups 7 wks ago. I started with 10 of each, now up to 130 of each. I increased my food intake (added a protein shake to 4 meals a day) and have done absolutely no dieting. And I'm a girl (only saying that coz girls tend to have more body fat than boys). Anyway I've gained 4 llbs (116 llbs to 120 llbs), lost 4% of my body fat, and have a 4 pack (not yet a 6 pack) from strictly body training. No running, no weights, no dieting.
