Wouldn't it be great if you could interfere with some of the Co-Op tests in single player, or even change the ways they're made, like make the BLU bot have the ORANGE Bots leg, or something?

Kill Chell and control.
The AI Cores have taken control of the facility since GLaDOS's demise, until Chell woke her back up.
Now she wants the facility back from the rouge AI cores and the answer is in the manufacturing room.
She isn't testing the coop bots, she's training them.

When AS started her for the first time, she locked every one down immediately and started infinitive cycles of testing (100% info, ask any valve employee via Email). Now, decades later, there was no one to snap her out of it, she wants to test again. She wants to kill you, but she won't because you need to be used for testing - the main priority.
@TRASE666 That doesn't make sense though, killing everyone with neurotic wouldn't help with testing, it would hinder it.
They've stated that she is testing you ONLY because you are in the testing areas, when you aren't, it's fair game.
There's a reason or goal in madness, even for things like GLaDOS. She wouldn't just be sending the co-op bots into the manufacturing facility for no reason other than for testing.

It seems to have more control over the facility than GLaDOS, which I would assume GLaDOS doesn't like, at all.
However, the basic objective GLaDOS wants to achieve is control. She wants the facility back and she isn't going to let some egotistical Personality Core take it away from her.
I lol-ed at the last stage, it wasn't that hard...
the wall at the end is clean and white = portal-able
and the walls behind them are, too XD

Now that I watched it again, at the end of the video GLaDOS says "Now it's time for your real purpose.
With the target being a manufacturing room. Hell, it's heavy secured, most likely NOT by GLaDOS.
...
She wants them to get what's in there.
