GUYS PLEASE!!! IT IS CONFIRMED THAT SHE WILL PLAY AS RENESMEE.

Stephenie confirmed it on the Twilight facebook page.

Stated there was that the director may have to use effects to put Mackenzie's face on a smaller child. End Of Story.

Okay, Mackenzie Foy is a very beautiful girl. But I'm fairly annoyed that she's being known only for being a good canidate for Renesmee (which she is not, no offense to her, they're just not the same in physical apperience). She is a very beautiful and talented model/actress and she needs to be known for herself and her work, not a book character she'll never play.

I do agree with you. Mackenzie Foy is far more than and character in a book. She's such a gorgeous little girl and a very talented model/actress as you've said. This was for an original rp, not twilight. I also think that Mackenzie looks like Rob sometimes. That's why I use them. =) I hope you like the video other than other people's comments though.

@twilightgirlyyy17 It's rumored - nothing confirmed, "hon". Check IMDb. Plus, at the most, Renesmee is physically 4 or 5 at the ending and Mackenzie would be 12 by the time they begun filming. I doubt it, and if they do, it'll ruin the movie.

Would you please stop. She is cast and you should know Hollywood, they cast older most of the time. Renesmee is supposed to be about 10 near the end I think. At least that was my impression. Also they've already begun filming. The film is set to come out November 18, 2011.

Stop being so rude. This isn't a Breaking Dawn video as I've said before. Have a little hope ok. Don't judge something you haven't seen.

@UltravioletStarGirl9 Excuse me, but you even agreed with me when I said Mackenzie Foy shouldn't play Renesmee. She was NOT suppose to be 10 at the end of the book, it's said several times that she looks like a small child and not a fully developed child. It's very descriptive of Renesmee's rapid growth and it's never said she looked like a full grown child. And no, they haven't started filming the FIRST part (I was referring to the second, btfw), Ashley Greene's twitter said they've just begun

Oh also. Rob isn't seventeen. Have a complaint about that too? Brad Pitt isn't an old man... they seemed to make that work in Benjamin Button pretty well. Special effects these days. Man they're awesome.

@UltravioletStarGirl9 For the billionth time, I KNOW THIS IS NOT A TWILIGHT VIDEO. But as well as the subject's up about Mackenzie Foy as Renesmee, it's a free country and I can say whatever I damn well please. Rob LOOKS 17, there's a difference. And Brad Pitt is his ACTUAL AGE in parts of that movie, but Mackenzie? Renesmee's never physically nine. She's physically six AT THE MOST in the end. So why go through all that effort just for a face? There's others who would work naturally.

@UltravioletStarGirl9 the fittings. I was talking about the second part, when she actually has to LOOK like a child. She will be 12 and that will all but ruin the part. I'm not insulting Mackenzie Foy personally. If they decided to put up Miranda Cosgrove, EVERYONE would agree that she's a nice person but she's nowhere near Renesmee. Mackenzie Foy is a nice girl, but she is NOT Renesmee. End of story.

Can you please stop making comments on this video. Again this isn't a twilight video. I did not agree with you that Mackenzie shouldn't play Renesmee. I said that it kind of sucks that that's all people think of her as. Go back and read it. Hollywood is Hollywood. They'll do whatever they want to do. They will find a way to make it work. Just calm down it's not like it's the end of the world or something. And again... I cannot express this enough... THIS IS NOT A TWILIGHT VIDEO.
