can i use separate 1s battery for 3in1 flybarless board? should i bind both receivers to my tx at same time? where can i find more information to make flybarless trex 250 using mcp x board? because it is awesome. thanks
Hi All, to be honest, the heli in its state as shown in the video above has some serious issue in the electronic setup, and it will most probably crash before it can go inverted. After 2 consecutive crashes due to mid-air failures, I finally figured out the problem and got it fixed for good...
If anyone is trying out this FBL conversion, please view my other video "As3x Flybarless 250 - crash" to understand the critical issue mentioned and how it was fixed / how you could prevent it on yours.
@bassax7045 He already test flies club members helis. When he sees new stuff, he has to fly it. That is one of the reasons why he doesn't fly for a single brand heli.

@mytdbm
Oh yes, a small 1s battery 175mah will be enough to power the RX, since your servos are getting power from your ESC.
To see the full build info, simply google for "How to make a hk450gt flybarless with a mcpx 3in1" and visit the thread at RC groups forum.

That is a great work. :) I wish you lived closer (without knowing where you live) so Justin Jee can test fly your work.
