i love how in bc2. tactics and the different kit set ups really encourage teamwork unlike in COD where all of your teammates abandon you and cant help you when you are dying. this especially goes for medics and engineers. ive played some bc2 vietnam today, and loads of times, my huey was nearly destroyed, but luckilly, 2 of my passengers were engineers

@mrkas1995 That's one of the few gameplay orientated things as opposed to realism, it's not quite as bad as allowing soldiers to run around with Tomahawks and explosive crossbows, or to use throwing knives and tactical nukes in a modern combat setting. Besides, I think the soldiers are supposed to be like critically injured as opposed to killed, the defribrillator is just supposed to show them being saved from death by a Medic.

My only regret is that I played a single Battlefield before I played Call of Duty (although World at War was brilliant), It's loads better. Vehicles, more in-match players, gravity, tactics that actually encourage teamwork, and balanced gameplay. Hell, the Battlefield franchise even has a theme song, which sold me since I started with BF2.

I'm really glad that they shifted from World War II to Vietnam. For a while there all you would see was WWII. MOH was the greatest at WWII until COD. The new MOH sucked though. It was wonderful when Infinity Ward came out with Modern warfare because you weren't stuck with an M1 Garand or a Thompson and playing the same battles.
