The hadiths that your critics are relying on to criticize you are themselves da'eef (weak) and therefore are disqualified from supporting any fatwa (religious ruling) that condemns singing and musical instruments. Some respected scholars, including Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, have said that, as long as the lyrics are halal, then ALL musical instruments AND singing are halal. Salaam.

I've seen a few interviews of Sami during his release of Al'mu'alim and My Ummah. He's always said that he wants to be unique and not sing songs about love between man and women. Why now?...

The only thing that made Sami unique was the fact that he said Allah's and Muhammed's name (saw).
