"I don't want to be alone" does not equate to "Yes Chuck, I want to have sex with you". There was a clear power imbalance in this scene and anyone with half a brain can see that it's not tipped in Jenny's favour.

I loved Jenny at first and now I hate her. She's such a wannabe it's disgusting. All she wants to do is prance around like she's someone she's not and compete with Blair. At least Blair is legit and is herself AT ALL TIMES. I love Blair and I love Chuck and together they fucking dominate. I hate that it was ruined. Everyone blames chuck but I don't see it that way at all. He told jenny that if she wanted to leave she could and she chose not too, so it was HER choice to have sex with him.

I love Blair and Chuck together, they have both hurt eachother in many ways, but they are so good for one another. I love blair because she's a bitch and I love chuck being a cocky bastard. And it blew up in their faces, but I don't think either one of them did it out of spite merely as a way of feeling and being close to someone. So I could forgive Chuck and Jenny for sleeping together because of the state they were both in emotionally when they did it. It doesn't excuse what they did or make it any better but it did make me view it from a sympathetic point of view rather than an angry one.
