With a regular chi you can do curly,straight,and wavy. You can do this with a 1inch Chi straightener, it's easier if you have longer hair because of the size.

hi there, this video is a year old but I really wanted to say THANK YOU!! this was exactly what I was looking for. All over youtube, people always show you how to get STRAIGHT hair with volume, or do crazy teasing (I hate feeling knots in my hair), or save it for people with short hair/layers. I have very long, very PIN-STRAIGHT hair and this is exactly what I wanted :D plus it's so quick to do!! thanks again!

The only way to get long lasting volume is to use J-Clips. Volume will last for days.

forget my ignorance but is there a way you can do it without using an iron, because it seems that everywhere I look people use irons and I don't want to burn my hair again even when I use protection products for ironing it. I just want my hair to lose its volume and frizz leaving it wavy but without too much volume. any products anyone recommend?

just wanted to say that i had really damaged hair aswell and products i found EXTREMELY effective was hair masks from avon and also surums and gell protector is alot going in to your hair all at once but it really changed my hair and is fine now :D

you can edit ur videos by just editing them through the camera in edit OR u can actually use an editing program whatever u have i have windows movie maker.. i have a dell computer so if u have dell u most likely have it.. but yeah.. anyways hope this helps!!

I just got this chi flat iron....and it's hard to use. When I curl my hair I prefer using a curling iron. But it really does give you volume if you just straighten it.
