thanks for this, I must admit to being guilty as charged, never really associated strectching or doing warmups with using my stability ball (I also do alot of running/jogging, and wouldn't dream of starting out without a proper warmup and some stretch moves!), and I'm sure I'm not the only one :)
Cool basic stretches. I always teach to square off the hips before stretching the hamstrings. It seems that you stretch the semitend and semimemb more then the long head of bic fem.
Of course pre-stretching others muscles the posterior chain help with hamstrings flexibility.

thankyou for all your videos. It is very helpfull for me. I've been out of work and kenpo for a while and the exercises from the doctors' don't help at all. I've four buldging discs in my spine and need to stenghthin my muscles in by back, kneck and the core is important too. I am very anxious to get back to my daly activities. Even mowing the lawn is torture. I been adding your videos to my favorites as I watch them. Thanx again -Eric-

I am very very very stiff, seriously my legs are so stiff whenever I use the ball my legs hurt.

you need to get MD JOINT gucosamine sounds like your joints need lubrication.
