  • Great vid!

Are these powered gliders easy to fly as opposed to a regular prop driven plane?

  • @ecoovert They are very easy to fly, and may be used to train on. But they are very light and do not like any wind. For a first plane I would recommend a Seniorita ( electric ) or a LT 40 ( nitro ) - both available from NitroPlanes for about $80 or less.

  • @innervoid375m Thanks for the info. I don't like nitro as it isn't real reliable. That's just been my experience with nitro trucks. That being said the Seniorita sounds like the better plane for me. I truth what I would like to do is put my MD-80 micro camera inside. I have mounted it on my brushless boat and now I want to soar with it. That's why I like electric gliders for their ability to glide for a long time and for a newer pilot the slower responce time may also be a plus. What say you?

  • @ecoovert Go for the Seniorita ! My Seniorita will be airborne carrying my Sony Webbie sometime in the next two weeks - watch for HD video coming soon !

  • nice

  • @stevecoterell9 Thanks, I'm having good fun with this glider and the spy cameras. I spilced together a new one - have a look at : HK ASW28 glider as camera platform
