  • @awayfrom98 Of course! Dude I can say that the only diet solution I found effective are those suggested in WeightLossAction.Info. I see result in just few weeks. My wife is so proud that I tried it!

  • Holla! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Great video Sarah. I do mostly heavy lifting and strength training but even so, doing your fitness routines always give me a great workout burn. Keep em coming!

  • Hi Sarah. Not sure if I'm too late to respond to this but I was wondering do you repeat these exercises to get the 3-4x a week of strength training or do you do other moves?

I love your videos, look forward to them all the time :) Thanks xo

  • lol I would slip off head first.

  • you need an APP for iphone...:-)

  • How much jogging/running do you do each day?

  • How much jogging/running do you do each day?

  • Where's the one for at home? Thanks!!

  • wow u have muscle !!

  • Are you shoes the reebok easytone? If so, are they value for money and would you recomend them??

  • i like the way your trainer laughs!

  • "Put one foot in front of the other,

and soon you'll be walkin' 'cross the flo-o-or

Put one foot in front of the other,

and soon you'll be walkin' out the door!"

    Anyone know that song? Anyone?

    It's from some Christmas movie....

  • yes! a routine for home sounds great!

  • Im curious about who is the guy that films you! Tell him to say hi to the camera! hehehe

  • :D

    looking good as always

good for u you lost some or a little:D

  • Yes Sara can you give some shoe advice? What would you reccomend for a high arch with a slight pronation. I just bought a pair of asics! I hope they are good for my feet

    Thanks

    Cheryl :o)

  • perfect body much ? (;

  • i was wondering if you are wearing those shoes that are supposed to give your butt a workout?

  • You look really attractive without make-up. Working out, pursuing a healthy lifestyle both inside and out, is always pretty damn sexy. Routines, very useful.

  • Hey Sarah great work out, you look SO good! :) Quick question, I noticed you wearing the Reebok easy tones while working out. I am considering investing in a pair (saw your review vid on them too). Is it ok to strenght train in them? I assume it's not a good idea to run in them though.

  • can you please advise if one should wait till the abs are flattened as much as possible with cardio and then start the strength work out? or is it more recommmended to do them simultaneously? Thanks. your videos are great.

  • This technique causes too much pain!!

  • @baywatchrules12 This is for advanced. People wanted to know how I lost weight earlier this year, so this post is for them. The programs for my viewers will have a much less intense plan!

  • Thanks sarah, I love your stuff....!!

  • Only this is program really WORK!!!

  • I was wondering if you ever work out with a kettlebell? and if so do you have any excercise moves or anything to use it for?

  • @alexandriajaye I do! I did yesterday! I showed a few in my video for Elle, I think... If I didn't, I love doing kettle bell swings, which are squats with the kettle bell swining between your legs and as you press up through your heels, the kettle bell swings up!

  • abs are made in the kicthen, if you want flatter abs, ditch the alcohol, refined carbs aka processed foods and sugar! For exercise, you would only want to use the fat burning zone if you have 45- 1hour for exercise. If have less, then aim for higher intensity and a higher HR depending on your age and resting heart rate which can get by taking in the morning first thing you wake up

  • Unfortunately I do not given my lack of medical background BUT it's not that losing weight is impossible for you, it's just a little harder so with hard work and dedication, it is achievable!

  • Hey! How did you start? With a trainer? I have gotten into running but find it hard to get motivation sometimes...I am looking to become a trainer as a three year goal...got about 25 pounds to lose!!! Where do I start...how do I make it happen!?

  • To be a trainer, first choose which organization - there are a few - I would reccomend ACSM, NASM or ACE but there are more that are good too. Then you just buy the books, sign up for a course or workshop if they offer it towards the beginning of your studying and then study for 4-6 weeks or 3-6 months. Sign up for the test and viola! Your're certified.

  • For the long handle shoulder pull, can I use free weights? I know it won't as effective, because that the only thing I do no have at my gym.

  • If you wanted to do a similar exercise with handweights I would suggest doing a lateral shoulder raise. hold the dumbells by your side, palms facing in, and raise them up to be parrallel with your shoulder height, keeping your arms straight, slowly bring them back to start.

  • don't become too muscley though!!!!!

  • this was the first time I saw how strong my back looked - i was shocked, i don't look that muscley from the front though I don't think? I don't want to look like that and I dont do exercises that promote that.

  • Hey Sara your back does look nice and strong and these exercise with some tweeking I can do at home thanks as always, peace

  • <3sarah<3

    nice vid as always

  • I have't done the back extensions in quite a while. Those are definitely hard! Thanks for continuing to challenge my fitness level!

  • Pretty cool

So your upper body routine seems to emphasize pulling exercises, which I guess is good since most people (guys especially) seem to overdue the pushing exercises, particularly the bench press. I've heard that people should do 3 sets of pulling exercises for every set of pushing.

By the way, those headstands are tough. Next time I'll to try them where there's softer floors and someone to catch me.

  • Try it up against a wall! THat's what I did to start and when i started feeling good about not touching the wall is when I tried it without!

  • awesome video again. Also i @ replied you on twitter about products but didnt get a repsonse i was safemakeuphaven on blogtv also. Thank you so much and hopefully you get to the tweet because i am interested

  • Good job Sarah!

    5/5

  • where's day 1???
