Nathan Hines does have a pretty fiery temper. But Rugby is set up in such a way that a player can be cited weeks after a game for an incident that went unnoticed at the time. Given the attention this "incident" received, all the tapes would have been reviewed and considering no action was taken the tapes obviously showed nothing to support what the Ireland camp were saying.

After watching several vids of it there is no way to tell for sure, but from the looks of it one scots player had his arms round ROG cheast/waist and the only other one near him is standing over him and his arms are nowhere near his head. I'm sure Ronan would have come forward and said if something had happened and they would be pursuing it further if it were so. Scottish players are not known for being that violent or stupid especially since Scotland Ireland get on so well.
