As far as the Supreme Court our congress has the authority to remove any judge who they think are not working in the best interest of the people.

Very true! The Federal Government was just suppose to be a place to unite the states and protect our country with armed forces! They are not suppose to rule us. The states are suppose to have the power as far as laws and what not. The federal government has grown way too big and way too powerful! It is a shame! Minus slavery, it is a shame that the Confederacy did not win the civil war. Our states would have had way more power and almost like individual countries. Save our Sovereignty! No NWO!!!

At 9:15 he is right, as long as a state law doesn't violate the constitution.

If a state passes a law saying child services can take anyone's children without a trial, then a federal court can deem that unconstitutional.

Many states today have these unconstitutional laws for child services. I know a guy who had his three children taken by DYFS without giving him a trial. I helped him file federal lawsuit papers, and the state quickly gave him his children back to him.

just outlaw them recieving any money contribution . make it that anyone running for election get a certain amount from the goverment and this is the only money they can use . all recieve equal amount and anyone receiving money from any other source while running or in power are dropped from serving. outlaw any business or men of wealth from attemping to push there influrance on the goverment. the goverment should be audit say every 3 months by group who have be elected by the people

It does?!?! thanx ,we should publicise it then,that's my point anyways,if ANY Third Party is to be named the proper one I and obviously others would think it should be "The Constitutional Party" most all of the other names can be hijacked easily for wrong purposes and don't address the issue as DIRECTLY as that name does,The slogan should be "All Public Servants Will Be Held Accountable"...lol,they would wrap it up with that one I think,haha,who doesn't want to see true justice enforced...

If there is a third party it will be corupted just like the two we have. We need to focus stricly on ideals and ideas or constitutionalism, not parties. Parties got us where we are. Vote for constitutional individuals, not parties.

That's my point and it won't happen until you get a GROUP of people who are constitutional together to take chair and start PROSECUTING ALL former and current Treason,anyone who doesn't prosecute is false.......it took a whole group to write it,and will always take a whole group to enforce it,plus the people's involvement.Any public speaking should be done on public land,and all politicians graded in accountability to thier campaign promises facing prison if policy/voting record shows opposite.
