  • 0:07 A good jump float is formed by run-up, jump, hit in the air

    0:19 you have to bend your when you jump to facilitate your motion

    0:38 there are two height requirement for jump set, 1. you have to hit the ball at the highest point of your jump

    0:41 2. the position you hit the ball must be high, maintain a distance above your brow and a bit forward of your body(that's don't bend your elbow)

    0:59 note that your jump must be vertical to maintain your balance

  • it kinda helps but im certain that if the videos were the eng subs or in english it would help EVEN more
