I find the second exercise very difficult. By lifting my legs of the ground I tip backwards, as my upper body is very light. I find it difficult to hold myself down, and I need to use a heavy desk. Any advice on how to do this when I am not surrounded by such heavy objects?
@eizhowa you're lifting your legs to high, no matter how heavy you are,or how light you are, you shouldnt tip back by lifting your legs a few inches off the ground. :)
From my experience, i would say that this will definitely grow your butt, because its basicaly building muscle. So if you do it, like, all the time, then you just keep growing muscle :) simples

well first off, you are just at the weight you are supposed to be for your height. i wouldn't be concerned about weight loss. but you must STOP eating the junk food. eating healthy food will help your body have more energy and any weight you do need to lose will come off easily with the proper exercise. make sure you are getting exercise everyday!!! good luck, erin

when i 1st did pilates i thought u would do the pregnant woman breathing! for the fast pace exercises. lol then i learned from mari winsor inhale 5 counts n exhale 5 counts 2 get better results. I felt kind of silly breathing like i was in labor or something
is it okay to do these with my head on the mat rather than my arms? it kind of tweaks my lower back to have the head on my arms. love the workout & the stretch at the end is the best!

@eizhowa you're lifting your legs to high, no matter how heavy you are,or how light you are, you shouldnt tip back by lifting your legs a few inches off the ground. :)

You need 90 minutes of "Active Heart Mode" everyday. High Intensity Interval Training's the best way to burn fat. Search it up.

You need a proper strategy for avoiding junk food (especially sugars/carbs).
Do some research on how to keep your bloodsugar stable. Eat good fats, with fresh veggies (no taters), and good protein.
