  • After I did this workout, my low back was so sore, was that suppose to happen? Wasnt my butt suppose to be sore for woking it out?

  • I find the second exercise very difficult. By lifting my legs of the ground I tip backwards, as my upper body is very light. I find it difficult to hold myself down, and I need to use a heavy desk. Any advice on how to do this when I am not surrounded by such heavy objects?

  • @eizhowa you're lifting your legs to high, no matter how heavy you are,or how light you are, you shouldnt tip back by lifting your legs a few inches off the ground. :)

    From my experience, i would say that this will definitely grow your butt, because its basicaly building muscle. So if you do it, like, all the time, then you just keep growing muscle :) simples

  • hey erin, im from india..im 18 5'11 ft tall and 240 pounds.....i dont have fat collected at a particular area but all over my body...can u advise me a workout tht would help me cut some inches down. and in india during festive season it is very hard to avoid high cal food...

  • Wow, you are very inspiring :) I have a question, - How do I get rid of the little "wobble" under my overarms? I don`t have a lot of it, and I`m all over quite slender, but it is that little extra fat that I would like to get rid of... :) And second, I am very happy witth my legs, they are quite muscular, - but - they still have just a little bit of to much "fat" and I would like to get rid of that as well, - what to do?   • OMG! this pilates work out is absolutely great. I have a lot of difficulty lifting my legs with both knees. Can't really lift at all. Will this improve with practice. Thanks for your demonstration you're very thorough for us older women who want to become more active and fit.

  • You need 90 minutes of "Active Heart Mode" everyday. High Intensity Interval Training's the best way to burn fat. Search it up.

  • well first off, you are just at the weight you are supposed to be for your height. i wouldn't be concerned about weight loss. but you must STOP eating the junk food. eating healthy food will help your body have more energy and any weight you do need to lose will come off easily with the proper exercise. make sure you are getting exercise everyday!!! good luck, erin

    You need a proper strategy for avoiding junk food (especially sugars/carbs).

    Do some research on how to keep your bloodsugar stable. Eat good fats, with fresh veggies (no taters), and good protein.

  • when i 1st did pilates i thought u would do the pregnant woman breathing! for the fast pace exercises. lol then i learned from mari winsor inhale 5 counts n exhale 5 counts 2 get better results. I felt kind of silly breathing like i was in labor or something
