wow! i didnt know that bagyo frank was that serious..im very sorry for those who lost their love ones and their homes,, my heart goes to all you's,, i was there in the philippines with my family for a 1 month vacation,, it didnt affect our region much,, but my mum was stranded in cebu for a day becoz if it,, i hope things get better there,,

we also experienced this tragic.. its really heart breaking to see how lucky we are we weren't been affected that much.. the flow the flood was really fast and we only saved some of our important things inside the house.. i hope this will never happened again! BANGON ILOILO!

was there for 4 weeks on vacation. it was happened in iloilo for my 2 weeks. i know a lot of my former classmates and friends in pavia, leganes, duenas, etc. good thing the water was only outside my gate. i know the photographer too.

i dont agree with other people saying that this is Mother Nature's wrath. Iloilo has survived typhoons stronger than Frank. Government officials ignored the NEED to fix the dingle dam and the drainage systems. this tragedy is man-made...
