I don't really like writing Japanese with western letters. It creates too many problems, such as "じゆう(jiyuu)" written "jiyu" or "おおぞら(oozora)" written "ozora"...

Actually, he said "purinsesu" which is in Japanese. It's a borrowed word, but it's still Japanese.

but why does'nt in that way then? He has the american "r". I know japanes has some words borrowed from english and you're right about that they use "purinsesu", but he clearly pronounces it "Princessu" with american accent here.

Assuming the people who did the voices also sang for the characters, it would be Kaori Asou as Jasmine, but Aladdin is a little harder to pick since he was voiced by at least 3 different people. For this movie, I think he was voiced by Kenji Haga.
