Terence Stamp is one of my all time favourite actors! Thank you for posting this, it's a beautiful movie :) On the other hand, I'm searching for "The Mind of Mr.Soames" and I can't find it anywhere! I haven't seen it, so do you have a clue about where I can watch it online or download it for free?
and another thing I read thomas hardy's novel and I really liked it but i did not think that this picture or this scene did this part in the novel justice
woah Troy always freaks me out, such a strange character I can't believe she fell for him! btw this is great for revision for my GCSE english lit on tuesday! :O thanks! lol
Strange? Nah.. he the is archetypal bad boy. Self-assured, dashing, cocky, and dangerous. Nice guys like Gabriel Oak in the film / novel make for good long term partners and fathers, but he didn't offer Bathsheba the excitement and thrills that Troy did :-)

then I bet your favourite movie is "Dumb & Dumber" and you possibly would think that American Pie should win an Oscar for best picture.

first of all everyone has different taste and I love classical literature, so don't make asumptions about someone you know nothing about

I get what's "supposed" to be going on, but it's a crap scene.
