  • WHY DO I GET THE FEELING NO ONE IS WATCHING HER JUST EATING

  • What is the going rate for this in whatever state you're in?

  • You're good but I don't get it . . . Belly dancing in an "Indian" resturant. I guess you shouldn't have worried too much about tying your performance in with the theme of the resturant considering they asked the wrong type of performer. Belly dancing looks fun. This song made you look bored. It didn't give you the chance to go all out and dance forreal.

  • Thank you for your comments. I appreciate you watching my videos. It seems this has created quite a stir. I'd like to say that the name of this restaurant is called Kaarma: Indian Cuisine. The owner asked me to do middle eastern dance and I chose Maar Dala so as to have 1 piece associated with the ethnicity of the restaurant. You may notice the other pieces from this performance include Turkish and Arabic music. I have Bharatnatyam training. It's a beautiful dance but I chose fusion instead.

  • Belly dance here is good, but on a different song would be greater. This song is meant for kathak/Indian steps. It's just the same as if I was to do hip hop to this song. It's just doesn't work.

  • i think that was a real gud effort :-D

  • Graceful. A good effort, it must be very difficult to dance to recorded music in a busy restaurant, especially when people are talking at the same time.

The choice of music doesn't help -it's dire! Why not practice your drum solo work and get some musician friends to accompany you?

  • Wow! I am so impressed. I would've never thought to do Belly dance to this song. How ingenious!

You are a beautiful dancer and I wish you all the best! You get all 5 stars from me!

  • Might help to know the meaning of the lyrics though.

  • bollywood or bellydance!!!

  • Good dancing, and it's nice to see that you're not stick-thin--bellydancing to me has always been an art that requires a dancer with a body--however the dance doesn't quite match the song.

  • Lovely dancing Alexa. You seem very relaxed, and your movements are nicely subtle and elegant.

  • Thank you very much. I just performed at the Rakassah East festival and I'll be uploading that video soon. Please check it out.

I love the breakdance video on your favorites page! That's Awesome!

    Thanks for your support.
