well done but the great state of Illinois may need you now. I'm not sure how much it cost to become the governor. You may need to ask Rod R. Blagojevich.
The Issues? Well, you know, tax cuts, green technology, promoting electrical cars, keeping the rivers cleaner, be more competitive, promote railways, reducing bureaucracy, encouraging more people to start a small business...
Most and for all, Democrats and Republicans are terrible institutions, so Independent is very 21st century..
:) I wish my government would just get things going with high speed trains. They've been studying the Quebec to Windsor and Edmonton to Calgary corridors since 1990.
The later is mostly flat terrain so I'm surprised construction had not started on it during Alberta's boom.
Ugh, don't get me started on high speed trains.. the imperfect Dutch government still isn't able on their dense network to let trains run high speed on their territory, and I am talking about the Thalys that connects Paris with Belgium and Amsterdam..
The oldfashioned country of Belgium had no trouble letting their Thalys run high speed through Belgium, yet then it has to slow down to 140 kms an hour still on Dutch soil.
Now they say, it will be 2010 before it is ready.. Idiots.
I'm voting for you next election sir.

I wish I would have seen this...I had a Missouri Absentee Ballot and I missed my chance to write you in.

And good relations with Canada of course ;)

We're stuck under 100-120 here with Via Rail. It took me six hours to get from Ottawa to Toronto for 888.
I'm hoping the next YT convention will be in Montreal. I like taking the train to Montreal.

yeah the intercity train does here 140 km/h maximum, you don't beat a car actually.. longest I been in a train was 5,5 hours in Finland.
The Thalys can run 320 km/h... not as fast as the Asian magnet trains, but pretty good!

Maglev would be great here. We still have morons driving around the barriers and getting hit here in Canada. People who do this should serve time.

that was great! I'm not sure what would happen if you actually won in 2 different states though??? Juan '08!

I have no clue what happens :)
Thanks so very much, for voting for me, that will always be remembered...
I'd say, let's ask a real old Supreme Court Judge that question, I bet I would be excommunicated...!
