This might seem pointless and harmless, but all this is done to systemetically deprive a family of basic needs, forcing them to move out, empty the building and move out, first your water supply goes. oops we destroyed the pipe which supplies u watr, then electric, eventually no gas, then they start closing one by one shops and you cant buy stuff like food, soap, etc ... so you have to go miles into other areas to get them, eventually ur demolarised to so low level that u pack ur bag and leave.
