Okay folks, I return with great news. I've found two shows that, to my inexplicably extreme surprise, rival Prison Break.

The first being Leverage, a group of hyper intelligent anti-heroes end up fighting for the little guy and take down very rich and powerful people who hurt those who have nothing for their own gain. They con them, and they con them so well it's hilarious to watch it unfold.

The second is The Mentalist. It's all about him. He's so smart, he sees everything others miss.

There is absolutely nothing better than prison break.....the most suspenseful show ever with a great cast of characters....i miss this show i wish it never ended....Prison break is just simple amazing...the feeling that you got from watchin prison break and listening to this theme song at 9 oclock on monday night on fox is like no other

its not only the Prison Break show that is great in it self, but the characters and the actors are unbelievable. like Wentworth Miller (Scofield). He was really the character, and thats what made the show so amazing. I still love Prison Break, and I believe its the best show ever made in the history.

Prison Break was such an awesome show cause the characters had such depth, especially Michael. By the end of the 4th season it felt like you REALLY new them like old friends and you can predict what'd they do next based on their personality.

i had the same problem! after prison break, i had nothing intense to watch, so here are a few suggestions that will last you a while. everyone has heard of " lost", but PLEASE give it a chance. its better than prison break by a million, and has 6 seasons. a show called "24" is very gripping and has I think 8 seasons. also, burn notice is exciting and action packed, and has 5 seasons, and counting, as it is still running.

these are all shows that meet or excede the prison break standerd. :)

@TyrosReloaded "24" was an AMAZING show (ended 2010). It ran for eight successful seasons, with a video game and a film. Another feature film is being planned. It starred Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer.

I personally have never seen PB, so I can't say which one is better - only that 24 was fantastic.
