  • I wonder how Warman songs would sound with all keyboard parts played on guitar...

  • @Shining4Dawn probly how it sounds when him and alexi play CoB songs together...

  • from toccata and fugue

  • i tried to play like that on the keyboards....i ended up taking an arrow in the knee...

  • theres no 4:48

  • I'd choose this over sex any day!

Okay maybe not but you get the idea. Lame and unoriginal way to say "this song rocks my socks". Although having sex TO that song would probably be fucking great. On the other hand, having sex AT ALL would probably be enough too. :(

  • @SaphirreDragon

    1. Arguing with yourself on the Internet is funnier than arguing with others...?

    2. Forever alone...? :/

  • @SaphirreDragon The other hand probably gets lots of sex.

  • oh my goddddd..... it's amazing!

  • Take that, Mozart!

  • masterpiece!!

  • fuck i love this song!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what song is? i mean, Salieri's song

  • amazing. and the fretless bass solo was outstanding

  • SWEET!!!!

  • 8 bits begin :(

    good song

  • simply: boner!

  • 2:18 why does that make me think of catch the rainbow by ritchie blackmore's rainbow? :o

  • bass is epic !

  • Better than Keyboard cat!!

  • I can play this on expert on Stepmania!

Only costs time and arthritis....worth it, right?

  • @imalwayswatchingu00 No, only if you can play it on keys =P

  • @BrolySuperSaiyen Took me 3 years on Stepmania, can't even imagine how many years for actual keys.

    Shit.

  • @imalwayswatchingu00 Lol o.O Damn, that's long xD

  • Too much notes....

  • OMg this is so amazing :D

  • ok ok , can someone tell me from where is the keyboard riff at the very beggining, seriously, i need it !!! D:

is a cover? or is a piece of salieri?

    ( sorri for the english)

  • @L9999 From Toccata and Fuga by JS Bach, not actually from Salieri. /watch?v=Zd_oIFy1mxM

  • @maaxwell That is the Toccata & Fugue in Dmin, I can play the whole thing on piano, and is nothing like this song. The technique at the beginning is similar to the beginning of the Fugue but is still entirely different. The style is just an adaptation from Salieri's styleand that's why he's named it that way.

  • @ShaneRaweewon People, its not stolen by toccata and fugue in d minor, its an organ technic called pedal point licks!

  • @NevermindXY Thank you! That's exactly what I was saying, sometimes people who aren't used to music like this think anything that sounds similar is the same.

  • einfach nur endgeil...erst recht ab ca. 2:20

  • horrible

  • FASTER ! FASTER !!!

  • so THIS is where all the good solos that COB used to have went... good i finally found them :D

  • too fast

  • :::Warmen-Fan from Norway:::: ::Proud of finnish Metal:::::

  • @DagDenhvite You should be proud man!

  • so this is in certain mode a cover???? or is 100% composed by wirman???i don't know too much about salieri's music or work

  • @ELIUDpnkmg20 Not a cover song, this song is composed by Lauri Porra (bassist).

  • Why cant bodom sound like this again... :(

  • @Sicknessum Word, I totally agree with you on that one. I miss the old Bodom style.

  • Proud to be from Finland, because those three bands from Finland kicks ASS!!!

WARMEN, CHILDREN OF BODOM, NORTHER 4 EVER!!

  • @Tuominen98

    And Teräsbetoni \w/_

  • @MrGilfhunter2000 Kinda.. :P

  • @Tuominen98

    Diablo? O_O Wintersun?!!

  • @DreamscapePJ And of course.. Wintersun!

  • Is it possible for everyone to shut up and just listen to the song instead of arguing about damn Salieri? Probably not.

  • i dint know this bad but i use to write warmen on all my notebooks is that a signal from the metal gods?? XD

  • Salieri and Mozart were friends and colleagues to one another, even composing pieces together.

  • @BELACSAMOHT ummm...not really salieri despised mozart for his natural ability to write and create music and although he recognized mozarts a genius and loved his work, he was extremely jealous of him even to the point where he tried to systematically murder him. and as far as i know the only piece they actually worked on together was mozarts requiem mass which he only dictated to salieri.

  • @FinnMetal4Life

You're getting all your information from the movie Amadeus, which is inaccurate.

  • @BELACSAMOHT right... except im not. I just happen to be a music major who has been studying this exact thing for some time.

  • @FinnMetal4Life

I'm so sick of you pretentious music majors.

"However, even with Mozart and Salieri being rivals for certain jobs, there is very little evidence that the relationship between the two composers was at all acrimonious beyond this; rather, they appeared to usually see each other as friends and colleagues and supported each others' work. For example, when Salieri was appointed Kapellmeister in 1788 he revived Figaro instead of bringing out a new opera of his own; and when..."

  • @FinnMetal4Life

"he went to the coronation festivities for Leopold II in 1790 he had no fewer than three Mozart masses in his luggage. Salieri and Mozart even composed a cantata for voice and piano together, called Per la ricuperata salute di Ophelia which was celebrating the return to stage of the singer Nancy Storace. This work has been lost, although it had been printed by Artaria in 1785. Mozart's Davide..."

  • "Davide penitente (1785), his Piano Concerto in E flat major (1785), the Clarinet Quintet (1789) and the great Symphony in G minor had been premiered on the suggestion of Salieri, who supposedly conducted a performance of it in 1791. In his last surviving letter from 14 October 1791, Mozart tells his wife that he collected Salieri and Caterina Cavalieri in his carriage and drove them both to the opera, and about Salieri's attendance at his opera The Magic Flute, speaking enthusiastically..."

  • @FinnMetal4Life "He heard and saw with all his attention, and from the overture to the last choir there was not piece that didn't elicit a "Bravo!" or "Bello!" out of him [...]."

I suggest for you to have humility and to not flaunt your title so ostentatiously.

  • @FinnMetal4Life Dude, Mozart started writing the requiem bcs he was very poor and some misterious man offered some extremly low price of money to him to write it. And that man would probably resell it for some huge price later. Unfortunatelly Mozart died while writing it, but one of his students finished it by following Mozart's unfinnished ideas, so Salieri doesn't have anything to do with it, whatsoever...

btw this is a GENIOUS SONG, sometimes I wish I owned a real harpsichord :D

  • @KnightofPhantasm

Quit getting your information from Amadeus for God's sake.

  • @BELACSAMOHT Didn't even watched that movie, m8. READ what I bloody wrote. This information was from my old high school music book....

  • @KnightofPhantasm

    Who writes these bloody things?

  • @BELACSAMOHT It's an expression....

Know what - unlike 'some' ppl here I'll stop pretending that I drank all the wisdom of the world, and simply enjoy this piece of art!

  • @KnightofPhantasm

    An expression of what?

  • @BELACSAMOHT Forget it, dude....

  • @BELACSAMOHT Agreed. Amadeus is a fictional play! That's why it's called "Peter Shaffer's: Amadeus". It's only based on Mozart's life.

  • This tune sucks at 4:49

  • I'm still wondering how is it possible to play the main lead part on guitar... its hax!

  • @KrankItVZ It's difficult and painful. I use it as a speed exercise. It involves string skips, arpeggios and a lot of joint bending. If you can play the theme at a given tempo, you can play 16th note triplets at the same speed, even though this is a 16th note pattern at 140 BPMs. Even though I can't play it at full speed, this exercises makes other songs easier.

  • What does he exactly say before the song begins ?

  • @MaTrIxLaNd "One day I will laugh at you. Before I leave this earth, I will laugh at you." then I think he spits.

  • @phreeck988 he sneezes, he is supposed to be acting as Mozart before he dies

  • I had orgasmed just nao XD

  • Free eargasm around 3:35.

  • salieri would be scared of them XD

  • The drummer must be one of the best drumers :D!! and coolest :D. and of course.. JAnne warman! Noone beats you in keboard! NOONE!!! (Y) Janne must be a hero in finland. or else its a shame!

  • @KimiiiRaikkonen Janne is one of my favourite keyboardists, but I think that Henrik Klingberg (Sonata Arctica) can beat him. ;)

  • @SamyFOM I don't think Henkka is better than Janne, I acknowledge he is a great keyboardist, though, but not better than Janne.

  • @PowerDaso Well.. I have to agree with you. :)

(btw, I didn't know that Kakko is the Ecliptica's keyboardist, he fucking kicks ass!

Always thought it was the keyboardist before Henkka.. And it's the one I was talking about when I said Henrik)

  • This is by far the fastest of the three Salieri songs.

  • genial

  • Janne Warman must have some fascination with Salieri. His album "Beyond Abilities" has a song called "Salieri Strikes Back", which is a remake of Bach. Plus, there are samples from the movie "Amadeus" throughout the album.

  • really cool phrase of Amadeus

  • i swinging my head when i heard this song

and now is 5am in hong kong

how could i get to sleep lol

  • why songs of salieri?

  • @Melis8163 why not?

  • @nemunar the sense was other: why songs of salieri and not of mozart, beethoven, tchaikovski or other?

  • @Melis8163 Perhaps because Salieri is not nearly as well known as Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Bach, or other famous composers

  • @Melis8163 because he is an excellent composer and these melodies are composed on variants of his.

  • my forhead exploded.

  • great very neoclassic this theme, the neoclassical metal the best¡¡

  • lovely song sound extreme good salieri proud!!!

  • I heard that they remade some of Salieri's music and dedicated it to him. They use quotes from Amadeus

  • Great keyboardist, great guitarists, great drummer, great bassist ... well, great xD

  • mr brain exploded

  • just when i thought metal couldn't get any better... it did. this band is awesome. janne warmen is a godly keyboard player. It is too bad that not enough people know about him. great song.

  • @bowbow13pats yeah and you don't know that he'S name is Warman , not warmen

  • @666whathefuck If you want to get technical, his name is actually Janne Wirman

  • This is not good.. this is AWESOME!!

  • My brain just exploded.......................

  • THIS IS AWESOME

  • warmen = stratovarius ... and both rocks .. !! janne wirman and jens johansson are awesome !

  • salieri was a man in the time of mozarts existance and was never really noticed for his work and he envied mozart because of his god given ability to know exactly the right things in music, its kinda hard to explain you should just google em.

  • naw, he worked WITH mozart. its just that through movies like Amadeus, people began to think that he envied mozart

  • @lordofmadness1 wikipedia helps you, allways

  • Watch the move" Amadeus" it will explain everything.

  • for me 3:11 to 3:38 is sick and cruel!

  • I agree with castlevania but to me it makes me look more towards Guilty Gear XX mainly for the usage of the harpsichord Love both games just the same.

  • warmen <3 coz im a huge COB fan as well xD :D

  • All of these quotes at the beggining of the songs are all from the movie amadeus..its a sick movie..watch it

  • Castlevania is the first thing that comes to mind when I listen to this xD

  • this sounds perfectly in castlevania OST! :D

  • i think 3:40 till the end is quite brilliant too....

  • the real janne wirman

  • ...........Oh my God, that was amazing. Warman knnows what he's doing , one of the best Keyboardist ever lol. The guy is insane lol

  • 1:57 - 2:15 <3

    Amazing song

  • Thats my favorite part too!

  • i been a bodom fan since 05'. im 16 now. discovered warmen about a year of listenin to nothing but bodom(which i still do to this day) and i think warmen is badass. really brings out jannes class

  • \m/ This is sure their best song ! ! !

Great like piano resonate with rhythm guitar.

    Nice solos

    1000 / 5

    \m/

  • The beginning sounds like it was borrowed from one of C.L. Hanon's piano exercises.

  • @DrewOchsner

    wich one?

  • sick bass solo !!!!!!

  • Very nice, good job warmin/warmen!!

  • Just discovered this band today...

  • @Guardiandestiny What?

  • @leinadniser if u no understand no is my problem

  • OMG!!!! awesome song,!! im in love with Warmen

  • I LOVE the part at 2:21 !!!

  • salieri stirkes back is the best

  • No wai. This and Warcry of Salieri are both better. Salieri Strikes Back is just more of a classic

  • What is Warmen's obsession of Salieri!?!

    ?

  • letting the world know the underdog was brilliant too, perhaps that's why the obsession?...:)

  • there are 2 wirman's (wait wirman's or wirmen?) in warmen :D

  • yeah janne warman who plays keyboard and antti warman who plays guitar

  • Err I believe their last name is Warmen as well..

  • @HERE5JOHNNY yeah 1 arent they brothers ? or family related ?

  • @HERE5JOHNNY Yes, there are two Wirmans. They are brothers. Janne is older than Antti.

  • @HERE5JOHNNY Wirmans* :P

  • this is like a sped up salieri strikes back

  • nope....its more like the sped up version of warcry of salieri...:)

  • Please dont say Rudess, Wakeman and Warman in one sentence, they are nothing alike, its all about taste.. this reminds me of the mindless buckethead vs slash discussions..

  • Janne kicks ass anyway (:

  • he or Ruddess?who's the best keyboardist for you?

  • JANNE!!!!

  • Jensssssssssss

  • Rick Wakemen is the best keyboardist

  • easily the best keyboardist hands down

  • its funny because i completely agree, i bet its a low chance of finding a better one

  • Jens Johansson anyone??? He would rip Janne a new one, not to mention he idolizes him too. No offence to Janne of course, but Jens is the greatest of all time.

  • Janne is getting close, but Jens is where its at.

  • No doubt.

  • somebody knows the orginal name of teh song, from Salieri? i would like to hear it. and warmen kicks ass big time!

  • I don't exactly know if they use actual Salieri songs in these.

  • If they do, they didnt have to in the first place. Those diddlydiddly patterns are a symptom of Salieries time and are remembered by everyone as those.

  • diddlydiddly?? wtf, salieri is ned flanders after all??

  • I just love neoclassical turn of this song. It adds really amazing flavour to metal music. Harmonic minor scales are amazing. Somehow more turning on then bluse ones for me. And of course, Janne is pure genious on keyboard.

  • Why label the music, it kicks ass either way.

  • symphonic death metal

  • i'd better say power-neoclassical metal

  • indeed

  • dragonforce or should i say faggotforce are like the most burned out band bunch of punk ass sellouts just like the new metallica(kill em all and the the lightning were there only good albums)

  • music is slowly turning to shit!!!!

and no one down thumb me because you all know its true.

    stay with the metal!

  • you are talking about global music or about this song?

  • People who dares to compare this badn with DF seriously need to stop playing guitar hero 3 & seriously move on.

DF sucks just like DT, ugh. Warmen, now that's music.

  • Maybe some people think this band sucks? everyone has there own opinion, so respect what other people think.

  • Dream Theater does not suck! Rudess is legend! how dare you put them on the same level as dragonforce! have you heard dance of eternity?!

  • lol.. dream theater sucks get over it, too many bands that have charisma & talent at the same time, & DT lacks a lot of charisma that's why they suck because their solos are fucking boring.

Even bullshit bands tend to entertain more, imagine that a waste of talent.

Warmen, COB & more bands are fucking awesome & they can do a solo for an entire day & it won't be boring unlike DT they can do a 20 minute track of pure boredom even if they do have some virtuoso skills.

  • I actually agree with that, the only song I like is dance of eternity, and I only like it because of the kickass ragtime solo. Jordan Rudess is basically all Dream Theater has, but never put them on the same level as dragonforce, at least the people in dream theater can play their fucking instruments...

  • You said it, one man.... but there a lot of bands that can play individually their instruments BETTER!!!

See... this is not sparta vs persian army case here, too many awesome musicians vs one musician it's not even fair.
