hey hun, this is not a paint-i've used 2 things for the cuticle. The product in the beginning of the video is called Nail Cuticle Peeling and the one used in the end Nail (or Cuticle) Oil. The prices are different-depending on the brand you want, the brand that I use is very very good and also very affordable. Both products cost me around 2€ each. Go to your nail supply and ask about cuticle care. I'm sure the lady that works there will help you. Hope I helped you.
