...hey techmaster8, i watched your video about why i should jailbreak my ipod 4th gen and how to jailbreak your ipod. i jailbroke mine and after checking it out i decided it was'nt for me, so i did a reset and my ipod has been on black screen with load symbol spinning in the middle for almost an hour now and im just curious if that is what is supposed to happen?

I've done this process a few times.  It will say it done. Nothing happens. Iphone doesn't reboot, just a blank screen. I have to press the unlock and home buttons to turn it back on. And the cydia app doesn't show up. What am I doing wrong?

@waffles84455 hold the unlock button and the home button until it turns off. Without letting go of the homebutton, let go of the unlock button. KEEp holding the home button. Do this with it connected to the computer.

Sorry but I jailbroke my 3g and I felt I needed it but why do the 4 pr 4s? What services are worthy of jailbreaking them? It comes with a hotspot and that's the only worthwhile thing I knew about.

@kodakZX1 I also consider that with snowboard, my phone looks completely different from the rest. Not that many people had the 3G. It seems like everyone has the 4 and 4s. So lets be unique.

@sombodee3 New hardware means your computer has identified you iphone. Open up itunes and it will recognize it.
