Thicketof, the sax player is Hank "Hurricane" Carter. He was with the band for about 23 yrs. He recently left & now they have Buddy Lee as their sax player. GT is on of my fav players i have seen him 6 times in the last 5 yrs. got tickets for his show in my hometown casino in WA on 7/25 in the front row. As far as the dude claiming GT is not a blues band get a clue. then why did his 30 yr aniversary CD stay on top of the BLUES chart for over a year? I suppose ZZ Top in not a blues band either.
