The limo is in the centre of the video by the time 0:07. It's surrounded by 3 G-wagons (2 by each side and 1 in the back) and some car in the front which I can't identify thus far

when putin is on the road he usually has a ton of motorcycles surrounding his Zil-limo on all sides (along with a lot of other police cars of course), so i dont think this was him.

I do not think this was Putin's motorcade because Russians do use very good high class armored limos for their Prezis. Plus, these are too many local police cars surrounding just very few diplomatic cars which are too small anyways. Looks more like an ambassador's motorcade, or some secretary of defense etc's. Putin's motorcades to USA and EU are long, w/ A+ quality cars of Vodka Secret Service.
