This made me cry..and it takes a lot for that these days. I was in a coma last year from a heroin overdose,lack of oxygen did result in brain damage for me,but it was the part of the brain that was not obviously important because after learning to walk properly after 3 months of my right thight muscle not moving, i am fine mentally. Its not just the drugs, its the fact that he was also abandoned because those people were too worried about themselves to even think of him. Its sad... My brother overdosed on Ex one time and I drove him to the hospital and it saved his life.
@bfctbone I'm so sorry to hear about your brother, that is awful. I hope you are okay today on his birthday, I know how hard that can be. I'm 22 now and my brother would have been 32. He died when he was 24 and it's weird to think I'm almost the age he was when he died. Addiction is an awful thing to watch a loved one go through. My mom and I watched my brother take his last breath and I'll never forget it. Thank you for telling me about your brother and hang in there :)

But lets not fabricate reality with dramatic music.... please dont take that as disrespect, but some of us use all kinds of substances safely, without dependence or addiction. Drugs dont kill people, misuse and dependence do... just like with shitty food. Heart disease kills more people than cancer, but it happens so gradually that no one takes notice. Education is what will save civilization, not bad publicity.

My brother is dead from drug addiction and my dad is dead from alcoholism. It's important to me to teach people that if they aren't safe, this can be them. Yes, very sad indeed. But do you think that if the STIGMA of ILLEGAL drugs would to be removed, and his friends were to have been unfeared of legal reprecussions because their friend was having drug complications, that this whole travesty might have been avoided? I mean, if it were simply alcohol poisoning, the friends would have had no quams about seeking medical attention. IDK, if drugs were just legalized, I BELIEVE(not saying I'm right) incidences such as this would drastically be reduced
when i was 16 i almost started doing stronger drugs (i didnt do any drugs before except i smoked weed once and usually drank alcohol) but its good that i still knew when to stop and break my relationship with those kind of friends. now im month away from 19 and as much as i know about those former friends that one of them is already locked up, the other 2 are still serious addicts to whom the end of the line is near. and im so glad that i was not and wont be one of them

Sorry for your loss. Your brother's life sounded like my son's life..happy, funny,,,,and then into drugs.....my son graduates from inpatient drug rehab in 2 weeks. i feel very sorry for you and your family. i was a iv cocaine addict and nearly died many times. i have had other friends who have died (not necessarily from cocaine, but drug and drug/alcohol deaths). it's terrible but if you are a true addict, nothing - not seeing tributes like this or friends die - will stop you. it is just a question of time. nothing else.

@sugaa24 that's sad about your father. my eldest brother is a chronic alcoholic and it never fails to annoy me when people consider alcohol not to be a drug, when it is. it's a terrible drug. one of the worst around, in my opinion. my brother went to uni, won the maths/science award and now he's having trouble working out how to turn the television on. it's so depressing. it's really horrible to watch someone go through it. especially feeling absolutely helpless to do anything about it.

My 19 year old daughter was given ecstasy and brough to a motel room due to friends that were afraid , friends who thought they could fix her. She died 9:30 in the morning. They called 911 at 9:35. . My message is, if you see someone who needs help,,, CALL 911 don't hesitate please, my daughter could have been saved if she would of had medical attention earlier. Thank you for this video. I am so sorry for your loss too, was your son Tony Trujillo? If so my mom and I have seen videos about him before and have thought that's so sad, yet it's comforting to know that you're not alone. They were never sure what drug my brother overdosed on, but my mom is most sure it was ecstasy because that is what he was doing the most. Im very sorry for the relatives and friends... but on the other hand I think by myself, how come ive been through though times too and never been on drugs? I feel really sorry for your loss but I kinda feel weird about these people... If you have a strong personality you never start drugs...

His so could mate left him there when they got him hooked on drugs that is so sad. I was a drug addict and the thing that made me come off them was video's like this. It was a very painful time for me but worth every second, i was lucky at the time nuffin like this happened to me but if i carried on it would have. I dont think you realise the compact this video has on people like me thanks for putting it up!!!!!

I hope this stay on the conscience of his so call friends who left him there, I can't imagine doing that. I wouldn't care if I got in trouble if it was to save a friend One time I OD'd on cocaine and everyone was afraid to call an ambulance, I was so pissed off I tried to kill them, not sure if I succeeded.

I don't know what made me come across this video but I found it for a reason. Watching this video left me crying and has impacted me greatly. Last night, I was at a party and decided to try Mdma for the first time ever. It will be my last time ever! I am extremely sorry for your loss and feel blessed to have come across this when I did. i feel very sorry for you and your family. i was a iv cocaine addict and nearly died many times. i have had other friends who have died (not necessarily from cocaine, but drug and drug/alcohol deaths). it's terrible but if you are a true addict, nothing - not seeing tributes like this or friends die - will stop you. it is just a question of time. nothing else.

@sugaa24 that's sad about your father. my eldest brother is a chronic alcoholic and it never fails to annoy me when people consider alcohol not to be a drug, when it is. it's a terrible drug. one of the worst around, in my opinion. my brother went to uni, won the maths/science award and now he's having trouble working out how to turn the television on. it's so depressing. it's really horrible to watch someone go through it. especially feeling absolutely helpless to do anything about it.

how can some one left him alone to die what soul they have the same thing hapend to my very good friend in one apartment he overdosed and they take him in front of the apartment by the elevator and left ther so when medics find him after2 hours he was dead R.I.P both of them hope your brother find peace on heaveni have brother he was an addict so and i but we are clean for 3 years now we could die evry day when we were thaking shit god keep us well . im realy sorry for your bro R.I.P

My 19 year old daughter was given ecstasy and brough to a motel room due to friends that were afraid , friends who thought they could fix her. She died 9:30 in the morning. They called 911 at 9:35. . My message is, if you see someone who needs help,,, CALL 911 don't hesitate please, my daughter could have been saved if she would of had medical attention earlier. Thank you for this video. I am so sorry for your loss too, was your son Tony Trujillo? If so my mom and I have seen videos about him before and have thought that's so sad, yet it's comforting to know that you're not alone. They were never sure what drug my brother overdosed on, but my mom is most sure it was ecstasy because that is what he was doing the most. So know that you're not alone and my prayers are with you and your family as well.
