Soon a "food facility" will be considered to be your own back yard. Here in Japan, similar laws are being discussed due to the farms affected by the 2011 March 11th trajedy causing nuclear plants to irradiate a small portion of local land that has already been deemed unfit for food growing.

Crap! The number of deaths due to unsafe food is under 100 per year and yet no one is controlling the prescription drug industry that is the 3rd leading cause of death in the US. Keep your legislation off my food!!!!!
