Own behalf of truckers 65 percent of all truck related accidents are the 4 wheelers fault I was in a head own collision with a mini van which was driving the wrong way up interstate i saw her coming up the sholder of the road then she turned in front of my 18 wheeler i never recieved any compinsation for my injury because it involved a public figure.my employer never even gave me a day off to cope.sorry for your loss
