@cajuncurlzz: its because treadmills are very hard in the joints. For someone who has this trouble should use an elliptical trainer. Same type if effect from a treadmill ( in my opinion better) but much much easier on the joints.
Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees(outside of knees) hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?
i got a question. so, working out on a tredmil...even fast walking...for say 45 min a day... WHERE would you see a difference IF at all on the body? will it lower my gut? will be lower my fat on the waste...? will it tone my inner thighs?
@kiddsoloko yes. your body normally uses food for fuel when doing any type of exercise, but because you do this first thing in the morning without any food in your system, your body has no choice but to use fat instead
This does work! It's similar to Bill Phillips' "20 minute aerobic solution." It's a 20 minute interval training workout you do first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The last thing you want to do when you wake up is to go run on the treadmill but it was definetly worth it once you notice the fast results in addition to having a lot of energy throughout the day.
