If you've ever encountered a demon or even a smaller less menacing spirit, it can be a shit-in-the-pants producing experience, especially if you're not prepared. The "I am 6" episodeS are quite thrilling yet, chiling in their "real" depiction of exorcism. Of course it's tailored for TV and they cut out the less "exciting" moments, but it's that harrowing in real life, too.
