We already do half the work for you already.We find, prescreen, negiotate prices with sellers. Then pull title, run the numbers and comps to present deals to you on a silver platter and You want more work?

You might want to make your own training program and special breed your own wholesalers/Bird-Dogs to feed that kind of criteria. The Majority of good active wholesalers will find another to sell to.
