I was at this show too! Crazy! Off the hook. Bon got in a fight with the cops onstage! Now thats rock and roll. Cheap Trick opened. We had no idea who they were yet...lol. The place head 3,500 people and they had 80 arrests. Never seen anything like it. The place was trashed at the end of the nite.

@Thinman63 I had an audio clip of Bon telling the security to "fuck off". I always thought that was a little out of character for Bon, maybe because cool people don't get pissed easily. I Also wondered where the concert was. Sounds like this show was it, thanx.

Actually the show Bon tells the security to "fuck off" in is the Towson, Maryland show from October 16th, 1979.

The reasoning behind it was because they were throwing people out and it was pissing Bon off.Quite funny really, lol not easy to make him mad,like you said,but they were being assholes to the fans.

Besides the hilarious banter, it's a great show too, one of the best Bon bootlegs around.Can be found under the names "She's Got Balls" and "Living In Hell".

Bon was one of the best frontmen ever. I got to see this show at the Newport on campus of OSU. The Newport has been a necessary stop for all major bands for the last 40 plus years. It holds only a couple thousand people making the show have an upclose and personal feel. Great venue, great night of rock n roll! Thanks for the view, acdchighvoltageaudio
