Black Africans, regardless of social environment, has an average IQ that is incredibly lower than the other races of man.

East Asiatics and Ashkenazi Jews have higher IQs than the rest of the races of man, but their cultures are less advanced in almost all ways when compared to Europe. Is race important? Of course, IQ is not the main factor when determining one's worth in society. White Europeans are Nature's most productive and creative species, without a doubt, and only 8% of the population.

Developemnt takes place when your basic needs are met and you have time and resources to do other things. Also all advancement in the west came from the invention and discovery of asian people. If IQ isn't the only determinant of worth, why do you insist on spreading racist lies about lower IQs of black people? Either IQ counts as the factor of cultural advancement or it doesn't.

Ummmm, I am more curious about the gap between non-Jews and Jews. Why are Jews and Orientals smarter than Europeans? Worse still is that Jews and Orientals cant be said to have developed "Western Civilization". W.C, is after all, the reaction of the Greeks to the civilizations of Middle Easterners, including north White Africans from the Nile valley. It's because Jews and orientals have a strong family unit and emphasize education to their kids because that is the only way out of oppression and poverty. American blacks lack a strong family unit in part because of slavery but also because you are acting "white" if you're educated and speak well. I would not have mentioned race since the scenario can apply to all kids but the video was about race and so I considered it appropriate to address that imbalance. there is too much focus on momentary entertainment in our 'society' as a whole and that problem is even more severe in black culture. But I blame individuals (any color) for giving into it and not acutally being *individuals*. Blaming *society* as though its some kind of coherent actor is absurd and irrelevant, not to mention naive.

The students have to be motivated or there is no amount of teaching that will help. Society is not the one to blame for everything. So many kids are not encouraged by their peers nor themselves to do well. There are well funded libraries and an internet full of education videos but kids just want to be entertained and blacks too often want to blame society withour blaming the kids for being motivated in other ways than academic.

You comment is borderline racist. If black kids are put in front of an Xbox, computer or a bicycle they will react the same way as any other kid. If you take good jobs away from their parents or picked their friends to be gang members because the neighborhood has been abandoned, then there will be fewer Xboxs, computers and bicycles.

All people will aspire to the best of their abilities in the context in which they exist. That means society *DOES* matter, and it *DOES* have a responsibility.

Im not concerned with your misplaced and would be trump-card labels any more than you seem to be concerned with reality. I had many friends in both high school and college who simply refused to apply themslves to academics and they, not *society* put themselves in front of whatever entertainment they preferred. Nobody is taking jobs, markets do that. Kids choose their own friends, often for wrong reasons. Stop pretending they're all hapless victims with no initiative. Everyone has problems.

This talk is obviously about *overall* test scores, not individual test scores. School drop-out rates are a problem for everyone, but is irrelevant to what she is talking about.

Black cultural academic values are not strong enough, most blacks admit this, though they will often blame it on history. Thats not true though b/c Jews were marginalized in Europe for centuries but still had higher rates of scientists, financiers, doctors etc so your socio-eco argument fails consistency. Same 4 Asians and Indians, even Africans. They work had and have good community ethic regarding education.

Jews typically have retained their educational / socio-economic advantage even *through* their persecution.

Culture. It makes a difference. The argument isn't that blacks are less intelligent, but the culture they have disrupts intellectual achievement by idolizing tribal ideals like territory, reputation, and infallibility. Have you ever tried to teach "ethnically diverse" students websnarf? A daunting task it is. It's not because the teachers are bad, it's because the students are incorrigible. This is a tribal mentality adapting to an advanced culture. It's not about color, it's about culture.

This is a lie. Black Americans have no "tribal" culture because they do not practice African native cultures in the US and haven't done so for decades.
