  • Wow....what a sheer waste of time. Why do they do that? You could have just put your homepage in the beginning and finished of in just 10 seconds...

  • i wanted to watch a video about hand stitching without going to a website that is possibly a way to get a computer virus. Maybe next time you can sew and not talk about yourself.

  • Im not really interested in where you went for school or what you had for lunch today..just really want to get this button on my pants. Thanks for the effort though i guess.

  • @brokenbarstool HAHAHAHHAHAH I love this comment.

  • whats running stitch for

  • Thanks...

  • the beginning 'about you' part, i really didn't need to hear. you should have just skipped to the sewing part.

  • Hoping to be able to make some basic repairs instead of keep going to the taillors! :)

  • i sew so often i cant feel the needle going through my skin anymore

  • Im gonna make a permenant glove :D

  • lol stab yourself

but good video. i wanted to sew my name on my belt.

  • @oneblood123321 Yes... I was watching this video *entirely* seriously last night but had to spit my tea on the monitor at the 'stab yourself' part. Maybe 'poke' would've been a better term? (I do understand the paranoia about liability stuff.. especially considering that she apparently lives in No. VA, outside of DC.. hehe.)

  • Excellent video, thank you for teaching us the basics of hand sewing.

  • this helped.thx i gonna try to sow my mermaid tail now =-)

  • @dixiefarmgirl :O i am too i made half my hand hurts lol

  • this will really help me with my costume's thanks

  • Thanks for this info. Im determined to learn the basics so I dont have to keep paying others to do simple jobs. Being a man I get strange looks from people when I tell them I want to learn but i think this is a forgotten skill that is slowly dying out. Being able to do it is quite useful and will save me a few pennies to!

  • I'm so glad to find this video. Hand sewing is just "assumed" on most videos. Unfortunately, we're hardly ever shown the proper techniques. Thanks so much.

I would be helpful if you "labeled" your videos 1, 2, 3, etc.

  • I agree. Thanks so much for the helpful videos. By the way, DK, she ends each video starting with "Threading the Needle" by stating the next video in the sequence.

  • @DKMontoya4670 Just visit their homepage..
