That's a really heavy bell he's got there, an 18lbs should be slightly better for beginning -- That's to say if you can easily do it without the bell.... But I agree, without the bell is tough as hell already. One with a bell might pop and shoot the knee like a projectile hitting some poor dude on a treadmill :D
haha that's too true!! When I was made to do this I was the first volunteer and I did it easily and assumed anyone could do it. I was shocked when I discovered no one else could do it without toppling over.
