Acorn is legally obligated to submit all names signed up for registration regardless of how fake they are, even Mickey Mouse. After the names are submitted the names are checked for authenticity. If fraudulent, the guilty party is the person who signed up as Mickey Mouse, not necessarily Acorn. Also, it's not 'voter fraud,' it's 'registration fraud.' It's only voter fraud if Mickey Mouse gets to vote on election day.
BTW, McCain did a speech for Acorn some years ago- it's viewable on youtube.
