Shake hard.. not to long or your over dilute. add ice last so as not to over dilute and keeps the 'cold in' how ever you wanna say it. No easy way to do it, but try salting first and then chilling before shaking as to not over dilute... I find the best way for this is to salt half the rim only and use crushed ice to chill so you dont loose the salt on the way out. or use a freezer. Also fine strain for obvious reasons... other than that a great video, perfect recipe :)
Actually you would shake it until the metal is frosty, but you don't want to shake it too long because you will dilute the cocktail with the ice, and also you want to add your ice last as this will also dilute the cocktail. Unless you want a shot or two of water in your cocktail :D
