My ideal country home...plenty of room here and can make it the way I want it as I am doing repairs.I would probably tear down that brick structure and reuse the materials, mostly the brick, to build an underground root cellar. Lots of possibilities with this place if eyes are open enough to see them.
It's not about what it is. It's about what it can be and for $11K I can do a whole lot with it. You'll be starting from scratch, but you can make it so beautiful in the house and really work the land.

I would buy this in an instant! All the negative has to be from those who don't appreciate how much it cost just for land in most states. Yep, lots of fixing needed here, but wow what a great place to start. Only wish it was closer to my family, who all need medical help from me. Very nice property by my eye!
