Betol tu streamyx not care about customer... Nk upgrade 4mbps ponw payah, sbb kene tgk tempat dulu bru boleh upgrade 4mbps.. Negare luar jauh lebih maju dari malaysia, negara diaorang dah sampai tahap 100mbps~1gb kelajuan internet.. tp malaysia, nk dpt 4mbps ponw payah..

@moodycoloured in reality, streamyx sux... dah wiring, dah tukar modem, cable pun dh tukar, dah kering mulut complain... sama juga.. 1thun lebih kena problem cam ni... lastly, diorg send org atas mai check umah.... diorg settle mslh tu xsmpi 5min... tny diorg apa mslh? diorg kata "port kitorg berkarat"
