It is not unnatural nor unhealthy. A woman doesn't need to take anabolic steroids in order to gain such a physique or even go beyond being "skinny and toned." Some have natural hormonal imbalances in which their body produces an excess amount of testosterone, some are just blessed with genetics that make it easier for them to build-up, others diet and exercise until they feel lax and nauseous from working out to much. Steroids isn't always the answer for why some women are buff.
