You're a patient woman, I know dad wasn't trying to be annoying, but at those moments you don't even want a fly to pass by let alone answer questions... Lol.
I think its rude for people to watch the video and post bad comments about it, I believe this was a great video thank you for sharing. If you don't have respect for other people then you need to keep your stupid comments to yourself.
I would never act this way during my wife's labor! But I am glad that your are forgiving and supportive of him especially after all I have seen in the video
She is the most patient "patient", mommy to be I have ever witnessed! I am sure her hubby is a nice guy, at least he is there... but damn I would have got really tired of hearing his silly comments... :o)

I don't think the husband was being annoying...everyone here is so rude! He's asking those questions for the sake of the video, not because he doesn't know. Sheesh. Anyway, I believe your bub is almost three now, but congrats anyway! Cute vid!
He is such a cutie pie! He was looking kind of mad at the end tho like he wanted to go back into the womb! I love babies! Good luck and congrats mom and dad!
C-Sections are perfectly ok and while it may be"unnatural" it is safer to deliver this way as to save 2 lives, My son was born via cesarian due to being too big to fit through my pelvis and if cesarian were not invented then me and him would have died. it doesnt matter how a baby is born into the world what matters is that mum and bub are healthy.
I think people need to commend this girl, she did a great job! I hink the husband was just as nervous as her and men can not always be xpected o show their feelings the same way women do. You guys did great!!

Thank you for this video. I will use it in my birth education classes to illustrate how lack of support in labor can result in epidural and c-section even in a beautiful, young, in shape, perfectly healthy woman. I hope next time you take classes and hire a doula. Best of luck & God bless.
And I'll use your comment to demonstrate the meaning of "presumptuous." It turns out that the baby was turned sideways and could not make it into the birth canal. If we take a class, it won't be yours.
Most prenatal classes teach exercises that the expectant mom does daily to help position the baby and avoid your very issue. One of my kids was breech and I turned her using the advise of a skilled midwife. What pregnant moms need is support. With good training studies say only 5% of births actually need medication. One thing I do not presume is that a lovely healthy mom can have a better outcome next time, with some education. That I know. Best of luck.
Wow, "littledrugaddict", maybe you need a little rehab. LOL. I saw her crying for fear in the beginning of the video, and her family taking turns poking fun at her while she was in labor, then she apologized for needing meds. How would you interpret getting support in this case? 40% c-section rate in US. If the good Lord had intended women to reproduce via major abdominal surgery, he would have made our anatomy a bit differently.
yup, i definetly need rehab for the prednisone i need to survive and the morphine im on for my surgery recovery. you need some therapy :-)
she had a baby boy and he's perfectly healthy in the end thats truly all that matters. 10 fingers, 10 toes. sometimes women DO need a csection, its none of YOUR business how she had her baby
seriously, grow up. if you can't be happy for someone during one of the most amazing times in their live and not leave rude comments you're pathetic
My nephew and niece were both born prematurely in c-section births. If they weren't born this way their mother would have died due to blood pressure problems.
I was crying in the beginning because I was FINALLY going to be a mother, NOT because of "fear". My sisters and family were not "poking fun" during my labor. They were giving me back rubs, wet cloths, ice. I planned for a "natural" birth. I read Husband Coached Childbirth, had a birthing plan.--- PLANS change.
I must say, this is one of the best videos I've seen. You seem like a tough young lady. Yes, the husband got on my nerves, but overall, a really, really, really good video. Poor Braden...he seemed really upset about being born. He's not gonna take any mess from anybody from now on! LOL
holy crap i would be so pissed if i had to be asked all those ? while contracting for my daughter!..congrats that was a beautiful video i had a emergency c section for my daughter but wished i could of filmed it to look back at! she is 14 months now!
Stumbled across your video and loved it. :) Then had to listen to some of your music videos, like Christmas in Dixie. Grandpa after his stroke was the best. :) Couldn't find any more pics of little Braden, though....
I love your video! Reminds me of my labor and delivery, but I never dialated past a 1! Although I am very impressed you didn't smack your husband when he was asking all those questions while you were contracting! Haha! Congrats on the baby! Next pregnancy (if I'm in labor for 56 hours again before a c-section) I'll try your singing and see if it helps me!
Wow! I had about 100 comments as I watched that. It was so nice to get an idea of his birth (and Jessica's labor!) It's hard being so far away! No fair that you got to cut the umbilical cord!! They wouldn't let Jaren cut Noah or Anslee's--something about the "sterile c-section environment". They wouldn't even allow a video camera in Anslee's (probably a good thing--I was never fully numb and was in a lot of pain). Jessica and I will have to discuss our c-sections later.
what seems to be the problem?....smh

no what pregnant moms need is not to have someone like you telling them how to give birth and how they need support
i was born via c-section and it wasn't because my mother had lack of support :-)
i think you're the one who needs alittle more educating
beautiful video momma! you did good! God bless you and your family
