@KinnikuMantaro This is an official game created by Himayura himself. He doesn't have access to the voice actors from the anime so he had to do the voicing himself. The PSP game you're talking about is by Studio Deen, who runs the anime. That's why the art style and voices are the same as what you're used to.

@OneBigAnimeFan That is the whole game. It's a "visual novel" PC game Himaruya released back in 2007. He was going to continue but that didn't happen (link to extended unused scenes in description). All you do is click through. Had he finished it, there would have been choices you could make to decide who Seychelles "ends up" with. But there is a PSP game coming out in Japan that will be like it.
