Awww. DUDE! I sure wish I woulda KEPT my 89 Cherokee! It had almost 300,000 on it & was BADLY in need of a rebuild...had to make the HARD decision to get rid of her due to BAD rust problems, tho. Ur's is NICE & CLEAN! Jeeps go for frikkin' EVER, Dude! Nice choice to re-build! NOW u got a SWEET truck that'll last 4-eva & in 4wd walks rite thru ice & snow! I miss that most! Bein able to use the 4 w.d. & NEVER get stuck in snow or mud! Nice job man! Be PROUD of it! Lucky dawgg! :)

got a quick q for yeah, maybe two.
1) When you disassembled it, was the water pump mounted directly behind the fan or was it two seperate units? (gotta replace mine)
2) How much did you invest in the internal engine rebuild alone?
