I must first start off by saying I did not march with Arcadia but marched for Montebello High School 1995-1999. Even though you were our biggest baddest competitor in our class, it was always a great thing to watch the Arcadia H.S band perform. And if anyone was gonna represent SoCal marching in the Rose Parade I'm glad it was you guys. Nothing but respect for Mr. Landes and the amazing things he did. Enjoy your retirement. Ive know Tom since he went to Azusa High School. Great man and will be missed. Good Luck Tom you have left a your mark as a educator. The music man will be missed!!

One of the legends in SCSBOA parade, in all thirty years plus he turned a great program into an amazing one, the Arcadia music program really reached new heights under Mr. Landes, I couldn't imagine the Apache Marching Band being anywhere close to what is today if it weren't for that gentleman. Hope to see him around.
